Julie Arkell...

Julie Arkell is the number one papé maché doll maker I think.
It’s hard to not love her small dolls… I have never seen such a nice creatures before I saw Julies paper dolls.
She is an BIG inspiration source in my life!

Wow! Have you seeing these creatures live!
I want to have some of her lovely dolls, so may be one day, when I go to London I can try to found them, I boot a catalogue the last time I was in London, a really great catalogue that I can look at and dream me into her lovely world of fantasy.

I think I will started to do this kind of dolls by myself, of course in may own way, I like the idea of building up shapes with old news papers and paperhanger’s paste, it’s an easy and cheap way of building shapes.

Keep up the good work and keep in touch!

With love and thoughts Paula.
