the gold of the forest…

My dinner of today, the mushrooms that I picked in Trollhättan when I was visiting Annika and Andreas Bohlin…

Love chantarelles and this time I have new baked warm bread from my bakery just around the corner, with strong cheese and rosé pepper.

Mums! Or in English; yum-yum!

I think that I know those mushrooms, we fried them in a frying pan with olive oil and small cut garlic and parsley, they are very flavorful!
