today from my old hoods...

Alnö is a 65 km² big island, my home island from the beginning…

Today the shot a bear at this small island and they think it’s four more bears left.
It’s not good to have bears around all the houses, but I don’t know if I like that they shot them.
This bear was found at the area my grandparents lived in for about 35-40 years ago, at Säter.

Last year they found the first bear at this island and shot it.

The photos are taken from the two newspaper in Sundsvall, Sundsvalls Tidning and Dagbladet.

This photo is the bear from last year.

At Alnö we have; Moose’s, deer’s, foxes, lynx and now even bears…

Calvatia gigantea... unseasonable is the nature…

Unseasonable is the nature…

This huge smoke mushrooms/ jätteröksvamp we found this summer at my family island; Alnö…

Calvatia gigantea

First it looks like some kind of alien’s egg and then when you look closer, its huge mushrooms.
Last year my sister and her children found one big once around 4 kg, but this year I count to fourteen of them. An unbelievable sight!

Sara Nangemo...

Today I was trying my new top that my friend Sara Nangemo has done to me, I really like it and she is so good to do what I want to have.

I have to wait some more days to get in finish, but then I can start use it.

are dogs out these days?!

I know what a sheepdog is, but a goatgoat in the city…
Now I think I have seen it all… For some months ago I saw a mini pig or a city pig in the same area…

27 of July…

This year I have got so many nice surprises and gift for my birthday…
Here you can look at my day in my parents home, my sister and her lovely children, my mother and father and my grandfather (93 years old) celebrated me there…
Then I received photo and gifts from my friends Maja Breife and Joanne Haywood and today from my friend Janina.
My neighbour Charlotte treat me and some other neighbours in our yard at prawns, white wine and bread an evening at our inner yard, I get a nice drink with a penguin in from another neighbour and some lovely flowers too from my kindly neighbour Charlotte.
I have a lot of very very nice and kindly neighbours.

I have also got phone calls and nice e-mails from other friends who wish me luck and so on; even from my temporary work at Kulturlabbet I got a gift and they sing for me.

I have no assume or dream of all this, but I’m very very grateful over all my kind and lovely friends all over the world, who are thinking about me and want to share my day.

Thank you, thank you ALL for sharing my day and think about me
and make me smile and feel good!

Some of my gifts… a new cell phone, a pair of socks from Tallinn, a sculpture of “Drutten o Jena” some of my favourite cartons when I was younger or a very very little kid, a book about the TV series, Bones, that I like to look at + a pair of wonderful earrings from Joanne.
An amazing art book from Janina that I didn’t know exist until today and some other stuff.

I have strawberry cake and Champagne in the garden at Alnö, up in the North of Sweden and in the evening time a deer come and look at me with her kid, also an amazing feeling to get a greeting from the nature too.

It was the first time ever, which the cake was eaten up to the last piece this year…

I can tell that it takes three to open up a Champagne bottle… I was just watching.
And if you want to take an arty photo it could be an idea to lie down at the floor…
