brussels sprouts, chanterelle, cauliflower...

Dinner time… This is some ingredients that I like to use and eat.
Brussels sprouts, chanterelle, cauliflower

The cantrell’s are picked and dried by my sister up in the North of Sweden.

Onion is also an ingredient that I like to use more or less every day.

Today I fried meatless bacon with smoked salt together with the vegetables… I have been vegetarian about 18 years; I eat fish but no meat or chicken.

If it was possible to only eat one thing all the time I absolutely want to eat Brussels sprouts , but only the Swedish once… I love Brussels sprouts.
