International Women's Day 8th March 2010 is the 100 year anniversary of the day!

International Women's Day (IWD) is marked on March 8 every year. It is a major day of global celebration for the economic, political and social achievements of women.

Den internationella kvinnodagen uppmärksammar ojämställdhet och kvinnors situation över hela världen. Datumet firas också av FN och i många länder är det en nationell helgdag. Internationella kvinnodagen instiftades redan 1910 vid den socialistiska världsorganisationen Andra internationalen på initiativ av Clara Zetkin. 1977 antog FN en resolution som rekommenderar ett allmänt firande av en internationell kvinnodag.

My own idea about this is a wish of that in the end we all will be human, not judge by our gender, that we in the end will be judge after our skills, our knowledge’s.
But until that happen we absolutely need all the powerful woman and men who fights for the women rights to equal pay, equal right to have the same space in the public room as men, same qualification what ever we want to do or be.
We all need to stand up for the rights to be human and treat like that where ever we are, we are human with the same rights, the same right to be here and be seeing and respected of being humans.
