today, I have devoted myself to collect my thoughts, cooked and blogged...

Sun has demonstrated its pale yellow spring rays, temperature increased and I have been very happy to be inside and take it all in my own pace today.

I made a vegetarian squash gratin inspired by my mother, but with my own flavor of spices.

Gratin is vegan until the cheese is going on ... have not found a good substitute for that vegan cheese yet ... Started phase out whatever animal units, but has not yet succeeded in completely even if I cut back on the amount of and products it is a way to go.

Contemplation, color, shape, texture and a lot of wonderful aromas that spreads.
Creativity when it both are inspiring, curious and good.
