Titti Bjernér & Tove Knuts
Jazzå bar... the end station for the evening... http://jazza.gastrogate.com/
Tove, her sister Anna and boyfriend Dennis
Kerstin
Same, same but better?
I was at the opening whit a friend; Kerstin.
I know Tove Knuts and have meet Carolina Grohp, two of the twelve participants in this exhibition…
I spoke to Titti Bjernér and after wards we all went out and drank beer and celebrate a nice evening.(not Carolina Grohp, she wasn’t here in Gothenburg).

Toves sister and boyfriend were also with us. A really, really nice and interesting evening.
This was/is an exhibition about the ideas of copy cheaper commercial jewelleries/ trinkets…
What’s happen if we turn the ideas of copy cheaper jewelleries into more expensive, unique pieces? Expansive copies by cheap originals that were Titti Bjernérs idea of this project.
Titti Bjernér invited 11 other jewellery designers/artists to do their own translation of the subject; expensive copies versus cheap originals…
Tove Knuts
Carolina Grohp
Kajsa Åman
Åsa Elmstam
Steffi Bierke
Emma Rapp
Paula Nordström
Vidar Hertov
Pernilla Särström
Sara Sandén
Maki Okamoto
I like the idea, to search for the boarder…
But I have to say that I think that Röhsska museum show the surfaces and not the project; the project who is more interesting when you know the processes. You can read about the project and all the jewellery designer/artists thoughts and angles in a brochures, but I think it’s better and more clear for the visitors if they put up some kind of explaining text, easy to see, easy to take in… and also the name of all the participants, I have to ask Titti and Tove where I could find the name of the artists.
