I’m cooking the chanterelles that I found on my lunch break at Monday.
I have onion, olive oil and chanterell + rosé pepper and cold smoked salmon and little basil on the top of it…
In Sweden we have a proverb that is like this; man tager vad man haver, it’s means you take what you have… this proverb is after the famous Cajsa Warg. This cooking where really luxury, but I don’t know if it is so command to mixed cold smoked salmon with the yellow gold from the forest, the chanterelle.
Allemansrätten or everyman’s right in English is a good way to use the nature.

Dear Paula: today is saturday, the 30th.of august, at midday. My hunger is terrible, and I was looking at your delicious chanterelles with cold smoked salmon and basil...It makes me suffer a lot...I think your mix of tastes is a perfect combination...I approve it enthusistically!!!!!Fer.
