Jens Martin Lekman (pronounced "Yens",[1] born February 6, 1981 in Angered, Sweden) is a Swedish indie pop musician. His music is guitar-based pop with heavy use of samples and strings; the lyrics are often witty, romantic, and melancholic. His work is heavily influenced by that of Jonathan Richman and Belle and Sebastian, and he has been likened to Stephin Merritt of The Magnetic Fields.[1] In 2008, he relocated to Melbourne, Australia.

José González is a Swedish indie folk singer-songwriter of Argentine descent
González was born in Gothenburg, Sweden. His parents moved from Argentina to Sweden in 1978. González grew up listening to Latin folk and pop music, and has named Cuban singer-songwriter Silvio Rodriguez as a favourite artist.[1]
José González studied for a Ph.D in Biochemistry at the University of Gothenburg.

I like Jonathan Richman and The Magnetic Fields too.
