Yesterday I was listing to Erik’s speech about his works at HDK and to day I have the opportunity to see and feel them.
I like it very much and I like that the brooches has so many layers, visible and invisible…
The whole exhibition was very nice exposed; it was as some kind of architectonic landscape with these brooches as monuments over a bygone time…
I also get some kind of Pandora box feeling, you know that this brooches are so much more than just a surface, but you don’t know what inside and may be you don’t want to know it either?!
I’m glad and grateful that I have seeing this and also very glad that I meet Erik in person.
