Allt man kan ta in, kan omvandlas till något eget.

Att se, lyssna, känna och uppleva kan bli till något eget OM man drar det genom sin egna värld av erfarenheter, bildspråk och uttrycksätt. Att sätta sin egna tvist och prägel på något är att inspireras, det för saker framåt och känns som ett sunt steg för mänskligheten, någon börjar en tankebana och andra följer efter med att "fylla i" med egna och nya erfarenheter. Utveckling helt enkelt.

Däremot att kopiera någons annans upplevelser, verk etc. blir aldrig riktigt bra, först å främst så är det irriterande och sårande för den som utsätts, att inte få cred för sin egenhet, sitt upplevelse eller alster, för det andra så kan den som kopierar bara förhålla sig till ytan och inte innehållet av vad upplevelsen innebar för upphovspersonen från början.

Alltså så är kopian en kvantitativ produkt med mindre känsla än originalet, det är också därför som man använder sig av dessa metoder i konsumtions/försäljningsvälden (att kopiera eller i värsta fall stjäla någons idé) för att producera en billigare variant, alltså i rent ekonomiskt syfte att lägga lite tanke vid idéerna, mer fokus på ett omtyckt original som är "för" dyrt för den gemene konsumenten.

Having menses is healthy, both girls and women have it all over the world, it is part of our lives to bring life further, we should all understand that it is fresh, healthy and natural, and not be ashamed, talk disparaging or not at all about this .

Girls, women, boys and men break the silence, dare to see it healthy in the whole.

Today is International Human Rights Day. The right to health and water and sanitation are human rights. That is why access to clean water and toilets, knowledge of hygiene and education and information about the body and sexual and reproductive health is so important. Young demands to sex education in schools to actually get to know how the body works, what menstruation is, how to change discriminatory norms and negative attitudes about the body and prevent illness. It's time to listen to them.

Did you know that today menstruate over 300 million people in the world? About half the world's population will have around 3500 mens days in their lifetime. Meanwhile, 2.5 billion people do not have access to a private and secure toilet and a large proportion of them do not know how to take care of their hygiene during menstruation. How is it possible that the onset of menses impact on girls' and women's health and life gets so little attention and very often linked to human rights?

This weekend I spend with my friend and college Gila fly and her family in Copenhagen.

A very very nice and calm weekend with a lot of nice meetings and inspirations.

Our first visit was to a college and friend of Gila, Charlotte Larsen she had an opening at her shop and workshop. I have to say that I got really inspired about people who dare to invest! To be an artist is not so easy, you have to get everything to go around, income, rent time and hopefully some leisure... this is not easy at all.

Saturday in the town, shopping, looking and visit jewellery galleries... some of them was closed as Kim Bucks place, I'd love to say hello and maybe bought a nice jar ring that he had done. But may be some other time?!

It´s always nice to visit Copenhagen, i like the city very very much! It´s gives me new energy just to be, walking around and hang around with friends. Copenhagen show some sun this day!
