It was four lovely children that performed with Chinese songs, adorable!
It was some dumpling making and paper pottering as a workshop, and in a corner you could tuck up origami.

Träffa Yan Zhang som kommer från norra Kina. Hon älskar att laga äkta nordkinesisk mat och började laga mat redan som 9-åring. Hon visar och lär ut konsten hur man lagar äkta nordkinesiska DUMPLINGS. In a lovely room far behind from all the other art at Röhsska museum, I found the pupils work from Nääs Hantverk & Design, it is a little bite pity that the museum hasn’t add some sign to this exhibition, I had to ask in the reception where the exhibition were and I heard some of the visitors say that this is an empty room and didn’t take the steps into the room to see that it include a small exhibition.
For me this is a typical Röhsska museum thing, to be unclear where the exhibition is and who has done the art.

Today our “hope” for the social democratic politician Håkan Juholt take off in a 3 minute short press conference, a good act I think but the idea of take off and leave the post is not the solution for the social democratic party they need to take care about the grass roots voters, they need to take a step out of the glass bubble they have been in a long time, they need to take care of the Swedish People's Home that Sweden long time ago has been known for…

Populistic politic is not the solution, the solution is to see and take care and speak up for the once that have a weak voice in our society.

Now we have to wait and see what’s happen…
Are the social democrats parties just a memory in Sweden?

The “problem” with the social democrats is in deeper shit then a team leader, they need a clear and direct line of policy.

I like these pieces very very much, they are very organic in an artificial way, can’t be better.

I like the idea of usefulness and fairytale in one piece… mixed with an idea of the nature.

Today I ended my day down town with a “fika” with and old friend, it’s always nice to see old friends and have a small talk, friends that know more or less everything about you, friends that you can be quiet with or talk about serious thing knowing that it stay there… to be secure and comfortable.

“We don’t buy it”, a sign in my hoods, I LOVE when people reclaim the streets and the public space and add their own sing, there the commercial are the advice, were the money rules…

I was there among a lot of other visitors to have a look and say hi to the jewellery artists, I like a lot of the jewellery and I have to recommend you to stop by and have a look if you have the way by…

I wish you all FOUR a great exhibition and as many as possible will stop by.

Hanna Liljenberg was my absolute favourite at this exhibition, I like the beautifulness in the repetitive and fragile but also the more or less solid feeling and the choose of material, it don’t look as paper at all and the shapes are so structural that you think that she picked them directly from the nature.

Four drivs av Malin Lövgren, Karin Roy Andersson, Ellen Jacobsen Holvik och Hanna Liljenberg. Det är en mötesplats för samtida smyckeskonst och utgörs av galleri, butik och verkstad i Linné, Göteborg. Planerna på en gemensam framtid utvecklades under studietiden på Högskolan för Design och Konsthantverk och 2010 startade verksamheten.
Four vill visa unika smycken av hög hantverksmässig kvalité som berör.

Malin Lövgren
Med passion för traditionellt hantverk och nya tekniker skapar jag mina smycken. Med kontraster, färger och materialval söker jag ständigt utmaningar och nya kreativa vägar. Smycken måste vara övertygande. De måste vara vältaliga och suggestiva. Det är den andan jag ständigt försöker ingjuta i mina exklusiva och tidlösa smycken.

Karin Roy Andersson
"The joy of repetition really is on me" - Hot Chip
Jag är en långdistanslöpare med en passion för upprepningar. Att gång på gång metodiskt och målmedvetet repetera en rörelse är något som präglar min personlighet och mitt arbete.
Jag fascineras av mångfald, mönster och rytmer. Likartade element som fogas samman och skapar balans. Min strävan är att skapa smycken där de små variationerna mellan byggstenarna formar en dynamisk helhet.

Ellen Jacobsen Holvik
Det jag fascineras av är det icke omedelbara, det är ingen figur som du snabbt kan avläsa utan du måste stanna upp och låt dig titta, fundera, ta dig tid. Det tar tid att undersöka och det tar tid att titta på det till synes enkla. Vi har så mycket information och budskap runt om kring oss - vi matas med det snabba och konkreta, nästan som om det ska vara snabbt och konkret endast för att vi ska hinna matas med ytterligare information. Dessa ständiga intryck kan blockera de inte så uppenbara sakerna. Missar vi sådant som kanske är viktigt för oss? Jag vill ge min betraktare tid att få vila i något. Du måste stanna upp, öppna dina sinnen och din tankevärld. Jag vill att du ska kunna återkomma till mina smycken, finna nya intressanta vinkar och inte direkt tröttna. Som om det finns något där som du kan utläsa mellan raderna.

Hanna Liljenberg
Mina växtliknande faner och papperssmycken är i kollision mellan det organiska och det stelt konstruerade. Det är den enskilda formen och upprepandet av denna som är arbetets konceptuella förutsättning. Med sin bräckliga skärpa kräver smycket bärarens närvaro och jag tilltalas av att du måste anpassa dig efter vad du bär.
